Smart Cities: How Technology Can Personalise Our Landscape

Smart Precincts, underpinned by integrated digital technologies and data, are here.

Growing expectations are moving the focus from technology led innovation to a focus on customer experience and outcomes enabled by technology. Personalisation of customer experience will ultimately deliver better outcomes for users of smart city precincts. It will provide opportunities for better services and experience for customers, with secondary opportunities around operational performance, efficiency and cost reductions for service providers. Personalisation will also lead to a better understanding of customer wants, needs and behaviour, enabling us to better design and build citizen centricity into our future smart precincts.

With guests from PwC’s Integrated Infrastructure Team as well as leading industry experts, this interactive session will explore some of these emerging trends in smart infrastructure and share perspectives on how the business sector, government, and community can drive adoption of customer centric, innovative technologies across the built environment.
