ESG in Rail Infrastructure: from Principles to Practice

The North American rail industry is growing. Canada and the United States are making significant investments in rail infrastructure, with several multibillion-dollar rail projects currently in development. Rail is a complex endeavour that can disrupt communities and the environment, making environmental, social and governance (ESG) safeguards an essential consideration. With the existence of numerous ESG standards and frameworks, there is need to align on what defines ESG, what constitutes good practice, and how ESG can be implemented in the rail industry.

Join us as we discuss these issues, and how ESG can be put into practice in the rail industry.
