The Third P of PPP – A Fireside Talk on Partnership and Collaboration
Parties’ rights and obligations in large and complex projects are defined in contracts. But the success of their projects is defined by their actions and behaviour. In this event, representatives from the public and private sector in a fireside setting will discuss what is required to make their projects successful. The focus will be on how to create a collaborative partnership, promoting behaviour and communication lines focused on achieving mutually beneficial objectives. The speakers will be sharing narratives and will be discussing various collaboration formats, the implementation of guiding principles, the forming of a project culture and the use of dispute avoidance mechanisms.
Following the event, we would like to invite all members to join our 25th Anniversary Celebration with drinks, nibbles and networking!
Discussion Points:
- The case for guiding principles in contractual relationships
