Innovative Solutions for Affordable Housing

This event is now fully booked, to join the waiting list, to be added to the waiting list please register below and we will advise you if a place becomes available.

Affordable housing is a pressing and topical issue in Australia with many people struggling to find affordable, quality housing.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the rebound in net migration has only heightened the need for affordable housing as more people have lost their jobs and are facing financial insecurity. In addition, the soaring house prices and rental costs in major cities have made it increasingly difficult for lower-income families to access suitable and safe housing.

Bringing together experts in the field, we'll be discussing a recent NSW transaction and exploring government support, innovative solutions and strategies for affordable housing, as well as to providing a platform for networking and collaboration.

Keynote: Nathan Dal Bon, CEO, National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC)

Panel:
Nick Carney, Partner, Herbert Smith Freehills (Moderator)
Scott Langford, Group CEO, SGCH
Rowena Johnston, Chief Credit Officer, NHFIC
Antoine Mesnage, Head of Australia, AXA IM
