Project Finance Fundamentals


Introductory course covering fundamental concepts structured in a way to help participants understand how Project Finance in infrastructure and energy projects is implemented internationally, explaining regional and country differences in approach. 

Delegates will apply the fundamental concepts through a real case study brought to life by our senior practitioner from industry. Following successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to support project finance in their own organisations.

- Different types of risk and a comparison of different approaches, and consequences, when dealing with risk.
- Project Financing documents, appraising their main purpose and provisions.
- Key funding documents for a Project Finance/PPP project.
- Key funder considerations.
