Investment Opportunities in Ukrainian Infrastructure

The enormity of the damage to Ukraine infrastructure as a result of Russian invasion will require an increased global effort and investment to enable Ukraine to return to normality. At a conference in London on the reconstruction of Ukraine, more than 400 investors signed the "Ukrainian Business Compact", declaring their interest in the Ukrainian market. At the same time, Ukraine with its pending investment boom, has the opportunity to make a technological leap and to achieve many of the objectives of sustainable development and ESG.

Join the discussion where stakeholders already involved in the Ukraine recovery mission will share their views on Infrastructure strategy for a new Ukraine.

Discussion Points:

- Conditionalities (procurement rules, government guarantees, climate change, ESG)

- International involvement and Lugano principles

- Innovative approach to projects (technological overlap)

- PPP pipeline and new PPP legislation.
