She is Sustainable: Financing the Future with Inclusion

The District Heating Divas started as an idea to get a few women together in a particular slice of the energy sector. In six years, it's grown to over 1200 individual members across the UK, Europe and India - each one joining out of curiosity and with an interest in meeting other women 'like her'.

As we've grown, we've learnt a lot about making workplaces inclusive, through personal experiences and the leadership of others.

Join us for a discussion about why diverse workforces are sustainable workforces, the impact it can have and how you can truly make a difference.

Please note this event is open to everyone, regardless of your gender.
