Social and Affordable Housing - What are the lessons learnt and how can we do it better?

Nearly a year on from Housing Australia’s announcement of its initial 185 preferred projects under the HAFFF Funding Round One; the commencement of Funding Round Two and the ongoing significant investment in the sector across all levels of government, are we any closer to delivering the program’s five-year target of 40,000 social and affordable homes?

What are the lessons we have learnt and how do we take these forward to deliver more efficiently and at scale to make a difference?  What achievements have we made and what challenges remain for us to overcome?

Let’s hear from the community housing providers, industry bodies, financiers and government agencies directly responsible for delivering, financing and funding this critical infrastructure.
