IPFA AGM 2025
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will provide members with the opportunity to put forward ideas, views and suggestions for the strategy and direction of the association in 2025. The AGM will be a hybrid event and take place both in-person and virtually.

Format: In-person 2-hour meeting. You can also attend this meeting virtually.

Board Vacancies & Nominations
Please note there will be no Board vacancies at this year’s AGM. This is due to the early resignation of a Board Director last year, which was addressed outside of the usual three-year cycle. As a result, the normal rotation has been adjusted.
Board vacancies are expected at the 2026 AGM, and members will be notified in due course regarding the nomination and election process.
Voting
All voting will take place in advance. The main representative of your organisation will be sent voting information to enable your organisation to vote for the Resolutions and Board Elections tabled at the AGM.
Please follow up with your organisation's main representative to ensure they have voted. Contact us to find out who your representative is.
