IPFA Future Leaders Network Australia

Valuing and Financing Energy Storage

Storage is an essential energy transition enabler, supporting greater renewable energy penetration and ensuring energy reliability particularly in the face of impending coal-fired power retirement.

While private capital is rapidly forming a commercial view on shorter duration storage, the market structure struggles to value long duration storage, making investment from a revenue and cost of capital perspective.

What is needed and how can industry and government facilitate it?

We encourage all Future Leaders to attend this session, for essential industry knowledge, learnings and networking with your peers.

Panellists to be confirmed soon.
