Accelerating Infrastructure: Insights from Canada Infrastructure Bank

Join us for IPFA’s inaugural Calgary event featuring the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB). This session will provide an inside look at how the CIB’s investment priorities are helping to shape the future of infrastructure in Alberta and across Western Canada.

The discussion will begin with a fireside chat with John Casola, Chief Investment Officer, covering recent milestones and the outlook for projects in the region.

A panel conversation with members of the CIB’s Calgary Investments team will then explore opportunities in next-generation energy infrastructure, including carbon capture, sequestration, and hydrogen.

The session will conclude with insights on the role of project finance in strengthening Canada’s energy economy and enhancing long-term competitiveness. We will also hear from the Vice President at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
