Beyond the Tracks: Strategic CEE Investments in Rail, Roads and Rolling Stock

The expansion of railway infrastructure is one of Europe’s defining challenges for the coming decade, driven by EU policy (TEN-T) and national investment plans. With multi-billion euro projects like CPK (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny), the HSR rolling stock and Warsaw–Łódź–Poznań/Wrocław ‘Y’ line, and Rail Baltica, success will hinge not only on political and technical decisions, but on access to effective financing.

At this event, experts from the financial, infrastructure and public sectors will explore how private capital, EU instruments and debt markets can support strategic rail and road investments across CEE.
