Executive Breakfast Roundtable with National Wealth Fund's CEO, Oliver Holbourn

We are delighted to welcome Oliver Holbourn, Chief Executive Officer of the National Wealth Fund (NWF), to speak at this next Executive Breakfast Roundtable in London.

Since its transition from the UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB), the National Wealth Fund has continued to play a central role in accelerating investment that supports the UK’s long‑term economic resilience and the transition to net zero. Looking ahead to 2026, NWF’s priorities include scaling deployment into key sectors that drive the UK’s green industrial growth, catalysing further private capital, and deepening partnerships with local government and industry to address market barriers that hinder strategic investment.

Our discussion will explore how these priorities will shape NWF’s £22bn investment strategy: from supporting net‑zero aligned projects and boosting productivity across regions, to unlocking opportunities where public investment can crowd in private finance and deliver sustainable returns for taxpayers.

This roundtable is part of an exclusive series tailored for senior IPFA members, connecting influential industry leaders and senior government representatives for an intimate, closed‑door discussion on the latest developments in the infrastructure and energy finance landscape.

Please note, attendance is limited to the following criteria:

 - C‑level, Partners, and Directors

 - One registration per company

This roundtable is kindly hosted and moderated by Dominic Richardson, Partner - Head of Infrastructure, Gowling.
