Powering Asia's Energy Bridge: Subsea Cables, Interconnectors & Borderless Energy

Across Asia, subsea power cables and cross-border interconnectors are moving from concept to critical infrastructure — enabling renewable balancing, improving grid resilience, and supporting new demand centres.

This panel will explore what it takes to progress projects from early development to bankable delivery: regulatory and market frameworks for cross-border trade, contracting and risk allocation, permitting and seabed interface issues, technology and supply-chain realities, and the finance stack.

We will also examine what precedent transactions are signalling and what is needed to unlock a scalable pipeline of interconnector projects in the region.

Speakers to be confirmed.
