As governments, investors, and occupiers increasingly align around net-zero commitments, real estate is evolving from a passive consumer of energy into an active decarbonisation platform: one capable of generating, storing, and optimizing clean energy at scale.

This session will explore how project finance structures, public-private partnerships, and evolving regulatory frameworks are enabling the transformation of buildings and real estate portfolios into critical infrastructure for the low-carbon economy.
