IPFA Future Leaders Network Asia

The Future of Infrastructure Business Models with AI Integration into Society

How will AI integration into society change the future of infrastructure business models? This IPFA Future Leader Network event will explore two key themes: (a) how technology is affecting the way regulators and governments plan for future infrastructure; and (b) an open discussion on how technology will affect change within infrastructure businesses, including key considerations for investors when evaluating business model evolution across various sectors.

By the end of this session, participants should learn valuable insights in relation to:

- How AI is reshaping infrastructure business models across sectors (e.g. transition from asset-based to platform/data-driven models)

- Key regulatory and planning challenges as governments respond to AI-driven infrastructure demand (e.g. power, data, and digital infrastructure needs)

- Where value is likely to accrue across the infrastructure ecosystem and the implications for investment strategies

- Practical considerations for investors and financiers when underwriting AI-driven infrastructure assets.
