Accelerating Infrastructure Delivery in Ireland – Is the Action Plan on Track?

Ireland’s Accelerating Infrastructure Action Plan sets out an ambitious roadmap to address delivery challenges and unlock critical investment across transport, energy and social infrastructure. But how is progress tracking in practice?

This session will bring together perspectives from across the infrastructure ecosystem to explore implementation to date, key blockers and what is needed to maintain momentum. The discussion will consider policy, procurement and delivery frameworks, alongside lessons from comparable markets.

Join IPFA for an informed, forward looking conversation on how Ireland can accelerate infrastructure delivery and ensure projects move from strategy to execution.

Discussion points

 - Progress to date: where are the biggest areas of movement – and where is momentum slower than expected?

 - Delivery challenges: what practical barriers remain across planning, procurement and execution?

 - Role of market participants: how can public and private sectors work together more effectively?

 - Looking ahead: what needs to happen next to sustain pace and unlock future investment?
