Scotland’s Infrastructure Pipeline: What’s Moving and What’s Next

Scotland's infrastructure market continues to evolve, with significant opportunities emerging across transport, energy, housing and social infrastructure alongside ongoing funding, delivery and policy challenges.

Join IPFA for a discussion on the current state of Scotland's infrastructure pipeline. Bringing together perspectives from across the public and private sectors, our panel will explore what is progressing, where momentum is building, and where barriers to delivery remain.

Drawing on experience from projects across Scotland and the wider UK, panellists will discuss how projects are being structured, financed and delivered, including lessons from delivery models such as MIM and wider partnering approaches.

The session will offer a forward-looking view of the market and what is needed to support Scotland's future infrastructure ambitions.

Panellists

 - Kerry Alexander, Director - Infrastructure Finance and Programmes, Scottish Futures Trust
 - James Green, PPP Investment Director, Kajima Partnerships
 - Zoë Watters, Partner - Infrastructure and Real Estate Advisor, Deloitte
 - Lillian MacKenzie, Partner, Burges Salmon (Moderator)
 - Final delivery panellist to be announced
