Scotland’s Infrastructure Pipeline: What’s Moving and What’s Next

A practical, discussion led session examining the 'state of the nation' across Scotland’s evolving infrastructure market. Bringing together perspectives from across the value chain, the panel will explore what is progressing, where momentum is building, and where barriers remain.

Drawing on experience across Scotland and the wider UK, panellists will discuss how projects are being structured, financed and delivered, including lessons from delivery models such as MIM, alongside wider partnering approaches.

The session will offer a forward looking view of how stakeholders are responding and what is needed to support future development.
