Perspectives on the Development and Financing of Data Centres

This session will focus on the development and financing of data centres, with a particular emphasis on equity participation and hybrid debt and securitisation. It will bring together diverse perspectives on the key legal, structural and commercial considerations shaping this rapidly evolving sector.

Through insights from experienced market participants, the discussion will examine how different stakeholders are approaching the opportunities and challenges presented by data centre capital requirements, drawing on recent and relevant transactions and market developments.

Future Leaders will gain a deeper understanding of the prospects for complex hybrid and securitised financing arrangements and the role they may play in supporting future growth across the sector.
