Energising Logistics: From Grid to Green

The electrification of logistics and transport is driving unprecedented demand for power across the sector. At the same time, warehouses are increasingly integrating solar and heat generation, battery storage, EV charging and flexibility services to create new sources of value and resilience. Join us to explore how logistics assets are evolving into energy hubs at the heart of the energy transition.

Discussion Points:

- The dual value of logistics assets: warehouses are no longer just storing goods; they are also generating renewable energy and deploying innovative solutions such as solar, heat generation.

- New energy demands are emerging with the electrification of transport, warehouse operations and EV charging infrastructure.

- Parking lots as energy assets: beyond vehicle storage, they can host charging infrastructure, battery storage and flexibility services that support the grid.

- Beyond logistics: creating energy value: from collective self-consumption and local energy communities to grid services, logistics assets can unlock new revenue streams while strengthening resilience and supporting the energy transition.
