IPFA East Africa

East Africa – Managing Risk and Opportunity

East Africa is seeing sustained infrastructure growth, with significant investment flowing into transport, energy and logistics projects across the region.

Using the USD12.5 billion Bishoftu International Airport project as a reference point, this session explores how opportunity is being realised in practice, including how regulatory environments, political dynamics and stakeholder complexity influence both project progress and long-term value.

Join us in for a discussion where you will gain practical perspectives on navigating this landscape and positioning your projects to move from concept through to successful delivery.
