Building the Arctic: Moving from Vision to Reality

The Arctic is no longer defined by its potential. Across Canada’s North, major infrastructure projects are moving from concept to construction, creating new opportunities for investment, partnership and long-term economic growth.

Join a discussion featuring leaders from project development, infrastructure finance, construction, government relations and legal advisory who are helping advance some of Canada’s most significant northern projects. Rather than revisiting why the Arctic matters, this session will focus on what it actually takes to move projects from vision to reality.

Drawing on real-world experience, panelists will share practical lessons on structuring complex projects, securing financing, navigating regulatory processes, building effective partnerships, managing risk, and delivering infrastructure in one of the world’s most challenging operating environments. The discussion will conclude with a practical look at what governments, investors, developers, constructors and advisors can do now to accelerate project delivery and help build the next generation of Arctic infrastructure.
