Saudi Arabia is moving into a new phase of private-sector participation in infrastructure. This panel will look at how projects are being structured, financed and delivered as the market evolves, including the growing use of portfolio transactions, divestments and capital recycling, capital markets funding and infrastructure platforms. Bringing together public- and private-sector perspectives, the discussion will consider where these models can add value, what they mean for bankability and risk allocation, and what procuring authorities, sponsors, lenders and investors need to address as projects move from procurement through financing, delivery and operation.
